Dear friends, We return to Trysil Yoga, the land of forests and wolves, for the second time this year. With joy and humility, we open a sacred space to share ceremony with you. This day carries a unique energy. Astrologically, the Moon is in Leo, bringing warmth, creativity, and a spark of confidence. At the same time, we are under the influence of 6 Ix in the Mayan calendar — the Jaguar who guards unseen portals and reminds us to trust our intuition. The number 6 brings balance and harmony, inviting us to walk with steadiness through life’s transitions. Woven together, these two energies make December 7th a day to stand boldly in our own light while moving with humility into the mysterious and unseen. It is a call to unite strength with stillness, action with intuition. During the ceremony, together with Ana & Kjetil, we will open the sacred space, call in the four directions, share ceremonial cacao, enter a short meditation and a shamanic journey, and offer a smoke cleansing for renewal. Together they hold the Dragon Temple on Helgøya, a space dedicated to community, ritual, and transformation. Ana carries a deep connection to ancestral medicine, the feminine cycles, and the language of ceremony. Her way of guiding invites people into presence, softness, and authenticity. Kjetil brings his grounding presence, a strong connection to nature, and his medicine through music, rhythm, and voice. Together, they weave balance — heart and root, voice and silence — creating a safe and powerful space where participants can journey deeply within themselves. Their ceremonies are not performances, but living rituals: spaces where cacao opens the heart, the elements are honored, and each person is invited to reconnect with their own truth.
